first you have to get your bootloader unlocked, after that flash recovery like TWRP then only flash this ROM zip into your mipad4
刚刷好，体验不错，附带PLAYSTORE GMS，适配了部分小米平板5的应用和UI设计。
目前已测到的问题有：
1. 内建相机APP ：PixelCam Dise打开时一直闪退。内建的扫码APP和其他PLAYSTORE下载的相机APP都没问题。
2. 屏幕刷新率不能改去60HZ，怀疑是软件方面的高刷导致续航很差，目前续航只有官方V10.3.2.0的一半。
3. 手机管家APP ：Security里面的首页数字和文字都有偏移看不清楚。
4. 玩游戏时每当有特效时都特别卡顿，玩糖果传奇就明显感觉比官方V10.3.2.0卡顿了不少。
5. 使用了进一个月下来，没有进行任何系统更改的情况下定期出现了播放没有声音的情况，重新开机能解决问题，可是一天之内就会变回没有声音。

As AfiAzrael mentioned, screen refresh rate shows as 120hz, but can be changed in ADB:
adb shell settings put system peak_refresh_rate 60.0
adb shell settings put system min_refresh_rate 60.0.
Another issue found is that most apps are unable to download items/downloads show in "Downloads" app as "Waiting to Connect" but never download
Impacted apps are Google Photos, Google Drive. All permissions are given to the apps, but issue persists

do you have issue with stock camera app inside this rom? and how about gaming performance? I am suspecting it's my kernel issue instead of rom issue but yet to figure out.
